2022 Booking Policy

I want you all to be comfortable, safe and enjoy your treatment. In order to execute this, there are some essential requirements when booking your appointments.

DO NOT BOOK or attend an appointment if you have or have been in contact with any symptoms of COVID-19

Please stay home if you are experiencing general Cold or Flu Symptoms

This includes: Raised temperature/fever, headaches, sinus problems, cough etc

DO NOT attend your appointment with friends or family

Please attend your appointment NO earlier than 5 mins ahead of schedule

Face masks are not a requirement, however it would be preferred you wear one whilst waiting for your treatment to start.

BOOKING POLICY 2022 - Due to limited appointments, all new clients will be charged a £20 booking fee in advance payable online at time of booking. All online bookings will require payment in Full.

All no shows and late cancellations less than 24 hours before treatment for both new and existing clients, will be charged at the full treatment price via Invoice. You will NOT be able to rebook any future treatments, without all invoices being cleared in full. If you are a new client and have paid the £20 deposit, you will be invoiced for the remainder of your treatment cost.

To avoid being charged, please be courteous and give no less than 24 Hours to cancel or change your appointment.

We are committed to safe working practices for all staff and clients.

To execute this safely, we have undergone an accreditation in up to date industry disinfection and sanitation polices and have implemented the above clinic guidelines.
